USPS does good

Just as I started putting together this post, a blurb on the radio informed me that today is the 150th anniversary of the end of the Pony Express. So it seems appropriate that I should be posting about lovely things that come in the mail. Last night I came home to a box of this:


Knitpicks City Tweed DK, in Basil. Here’s a few balls out of the bag, giving a more accurate idea of the color:


This yarn is destined to turn into a third Amna, for Knitpicks IDP program. This one I’m thinking should be long-sleeved, with the three buttons. Maybe after that I’ll do a short-sleeved zip and then I’ll have all the options done!
